Rapprocher les modèles informatiques et les expériences in vivo pour comprendre l’évolution des bactéries
Two researchers from the LIRIS (Beagle team) have published an article in Nature Reviews Microbiology in a close collaboration with biologists from the LAPM (Univ. Joseph Fourier, Grenoble). In this article, they show how in vivo and in silico experimental evolution can be used to decipher the evolutionary mechanisms at work in bacteria.
