Summary:

The use of social networks in the professional context is in the process of spreading more and more in companies. This technology contributes to improve the interaction and collaboration between the various members of the company and promotes the sharing of knowledge. When companies use this type of systems in training, we talk about social learning. One of the problems of this type of systems is the lack of personalization of learning content and learning processes to the needs of the learner. The objective of this thesis is to propose models and technical tools for the adaptation of learning activities to the learner in a social learning context. Four areas of research will be studied namely social networks, adaptive systems, e-Learning and web semantics.
