This habilitation covers my research work in the field of interactive data visualization since 2011, focusing on the structuring of design spaces and the discovery of new techniques. But also more recently the study of visualizations linked to new display technologies (virtual reality), learning (explain deep learning) and data collection (computer vision). My contributions focus on new visualization design methodologies and advanced visual applications for navigation and spatial data analysis, with applications to urban, sports and economic data. My research perspectives include new graphical languages to facilitate the design of visualizations, as well as new visual tools for the collection and representation of spatialized data in videos.
