The aim of this PhD topic is to develop convergent solutions and / or complementary to object detection and image classification. At first, it is important to understand why and in what contexts certain descriptors proved more robust than others. From these preliminary observations, it will develop new image analysis approaches handling both classification and localization, and then to propose a hybrid system.
