R-Aevol is a model of the evolution of bacteria includind their genes regulation network. This network is build by identifying protein sequences that can interact with regulatory sequencies of the genes. R-Aevol allow us to study the dynamics of the evolution of these network with a good realism. The objective of this Phd is to use R-Aevol to study the adaptative evolution of genes regulation network in variable environement.
