The online synchronous tutoring tool VISU2 has just got support from Lyon Science Transfert (see http://lyon-university.org/technology-transfer/). VISU2 allows tutors to prepare their tutoring sessions, to carry them out and then to get back on the session traces to build wrap-ups for the students. VISU2 is the main outcome of the ITHACA project which regroups LIRIS - Université Lyon1 (leader), ICAR - Université Lyon 2 and TECFA Université de Genève. ITHCA has been funded by the French Research Agency (ANR). The Visu prototype has been recently presented to the CSCL conference (http://www.slideshare.net/yprie/cscl2011).
