L'équipe GeoMod du LIRIS à SIGGRAPH Asia 2017

The GeoMod team, in collaboration the University of Purdue (USA) and Ubisoft, will present at SIGGRAPH Asia 2017 a novel interactive method to author and edit terrains.

This method builds on recent advances in Deep Learning to synthesize realistic terrains from simple and intuitive sketches. It can also simulate approximately the erosion of a terrain in a few milliseconds instead of several minutes for classic algorithms
