With Cloud Computing and the convergence towards Everything as a Service, Software Enginnering is mooving towards a new paradigm. This thesis work aims to propose a new generic methodology for Service-oriented business application development considering Cloud advantages and constraints and better meeting the new expectations of Cloud users.
