Le LIRIS primé lors du Carrefour final du Predit 4
This project was partially supported by French Ecology Ministry and was conducted by three academic research teams, two SME, one large group and a local authority. Its objective was to increase the use of delivery areas by prior booking and dynamic adjustment if necessary. Information technologies with mobile communicating devices and in-roadway sensors are used in front of the information management process system. We studied successively: the problematic and the methodology; ICT system architecture and human interaction based delivery rounds preparation based on delivery areas booking and real-time adjustment; a computational process using distributed multi-agent based negotiation, allowing static delivery rounds preparation and their dynamic adjustments, if necessary; a in-the-street information system. Main results of the project are software components which can be integrated in an appropriate system in relation with local conditions, several mutualisation and pooling approaches and various innovative services which can be added to delivery areas.
