Aymar Tchagoue, a joint PhD student between LIRIS and IMP, won the Best Oral Presentation Award from the European Polymer Federation at the EUPOC 2026 conference. This distinction recognizes his presentation on artificial intelligence applied to high-performance polymer design.

His work, entitled "Artificial Intelligence for Polymer Design: Multi-Score Reinforcement Learning for High-Tg Polyimide Discovery", perfectly illustrates the strength of transdisciplinary collaboration between computer science and materials chemistry.
