A smart vision platform

VOIR is a computer vision platform of the Imagine team of the LIRIS Laboratory integrating intelligent vision algorithms into mobile robotics hardware. The platform serves as a demonstrator of the real-time performance and robustness of our algorithms, in particular:

The hardware is centered around several Eddie mobile robot manufactured by Parallax equiped with Kinect modules delivering depth images, two motorized wheels with odometers, ultrasound and infrared distance sensors.
